Ithai Benjamin is a New York City based composer, performer and engineer. He makes dolls, puppets, robots, colorful instruments and interactive installations and uses technology and animation to tell stories that are otherwise impossible to tell. His work has been published in Make Magazine and the book Handmade Electronic Music. His band of robotic puppets "The Princes of Persuasion" have performed at Exit Art, The Tank, 2010 New York Fringe Festival, Cameo Gallery, 92YTribeca and more. Ithai teaches the class "Puppets and Performing Objects" at NYU's INteractive Telecommunications Program
